How does it work?
On purchasing, you will receive an email with your download codes and your pre-event resources information. The basic activity enables download onto 5 phones, and we advise this for a group size of up to 10. If your group size is larger, you may request further downloads (at the time of booking) at a reduced price. We recommend no more than 2 persons per download/phone to ensure everyone is engaged.
The activity will be available to you for 48 hours. During this period you can use all the functionality of the activity. After 48 hours the activity ends and can no longer be activated.
You may just want everyone to bring their wellies, for the outside activities, but if you want to run a ‘pimp your wellies’ session this is a fun thing to do before your activity.
Posh Frocks & Wellies outdoor activities use GPS (Global Positioning System) to identify your location, help you find your way along the route, and adds another interesting element to the activity. However, the GPS system is not within the control of Posh Frocks & Wellies and can sometimes produce errors. We cannot be held responsible for problems or errors created by GPS. Please do not rely on the GPS for safety reasons. To download the activity, you will need wifi or data access. Once the activity is fully downloaded, you should not need wifi or data access unless you accidentally close the activity before completion. On starting the outdoor activity, it may take some minutes to get a valid GPS location – this is normal.
Bear in mind that GPS and location services require more power than when your phone is in sleep mode so make sure all phones to be used are fully charged. Whilst you don’t need to be online & connected to the internet during use, you may find your battery life is decreased during use.
It goes without saying that you should use the outdoor activities responsibly; in particular you should stop each time you check the phone, in a safe location away from traffic and any other hazards. Many of our routes include off-road sections (such as public footpaths) where the ground may be stony or slippery. For your own safety, please don’t walk along looking down at your phone – stop at regular intervals in a safe place.

3. Delete – deletes the photo – WARNING: you cannot get the photo back
Saving your Posh Frocks & Wellies photos
When you have finished, make sure you save your photos – you will now see that the Posh Frocks & Wellies photo section has a gallery.
Sharing a Posh Frocks & Wellies
Once you have saved your Posh Frocks & Wellies, you can share it:
Facebook – by selecting Facebook you can share all photographs in your camera challenge game. It will automatically create an album on your Facebook page, and on the Posh Frocks & Wellies Facebook page – this will automatically enter you into our competition.

HELP
GPS not working. Wait at least 10 seconds, maybe longer, to enable the phone to get a fix on GPS. Check that you have ‘allowed’ access to your location in your phone (normally under settings > location services)
